Mobile Storage Tank be designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with the pressure vessel standard(GB150-2011) and the steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel standard(NB/T 47003.1-2009) , strictly meet to GMP certificate requirements.
Mobile Storage Tanks usually adopt vertical circular tank body, the top is standard elliptic or torisphericalhead,the bottom is standard conical,torispherical or elliptic head ,inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition,, no dead corner, easy to clean; Single layer, double layer (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with insulation layer) or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer), It can be customized for customers,tank inner wall are mirror polished, meet the GMP standard.
Mobile Storage Tank specially designed with brake casters, kickstand and forklift grooves, The are vertical structure and horizontal structure. It according to the customer's requirements designed to be square, round shape etc. configuration of mechanical mixing.
Tank Optional Configuration
Mobile Storage Tank Optional Configuration: sterile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level gauge, etc., or configured according to customers' requirements.
Application
• Apply to dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, grease, paint, chemical and other industries of various kinds of material liquid movement, turnover, buffer, cleaning, suitable for transport and storage of powder and liquid.
Feature
• Realize flexible mobile, with buffer storage function, and can add mixing, cleaning, heating or cooling function ; reasonable design of the brake wheel, pedal or forklift groove, suitable for raw materials or finished product of mobile, convenient off-line cleaning.
• Can be optional of single layer tank or jacket form or three layer with insulation;
• There are 75L~2000L varietys of specifications, it can be designed, customized according to the customers' requirements.
