PLC + SCADA system

The system features built-in standardized process formulas (such as multi-stage counter current extraction for green tea, enzymatic hydrolysis and concentration for bone broth, etc.), supporting one-click parameter invocation (temperature/pressure/flow rate). It enables real-time monitoring of extraction yield (via online near-infrared detection) and moisture content at the drying endpoint, with data storage complying with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic record regulations.
